APTAC is an international sports organization (Taekwondo police) approved by the WPTF (WORLD POLICE TAEKWONDO FEDERATION). It is competent throughout the African continent to govern, patronize, develop, promote and supervise Associations and national Taekwondo police federations.

APTAC, as a continental organization, is the work and initiative of Mr. MOHAMADOU SALIHOU (Master BACH), member of the WPTF Executive Committee, WPTF Commissioner to APTAC.

 

Since 2012, he leaned through several exchanges with Mr. Kiseon Kim to put on an African organ in order to govern the practice of Taekwondo police in Africa.

And after several actions undertaken through the containment, it is only in 2014 that Mr. Kiseon Kim, will agree to the creation of an African Confederation of Taekwondo  APTAC (AFRICAN POLICE TAEKWONDO CONFEDERATION) Ndjamena, in November 2014.

Thus, he was assisted for the establishment of APTAC in turn and by order of intervention by :

Approval of the APTAC project by GRAND MASTER KISEON KIM, President of the World Police Taekwondo Federation (WPTF), was effective in 2014 after several years and three trading trips to SOUTH KOREA.

 

 Mr MOHAMADOU SALIHOU was appointed in 2014 AMBASSADOR OF THE WPTF FOR AFRICA by President KISEON KIM with the task of creating the African Taekwondo Police Confederation (APTAC).

The very first APTAC General Assembly was held on November 23, 2014 in NDJAMENA (CHAD) with six countries represented :

 

Cameroon

Chad

Comoros

Djibouti

Togo

Niger

 

APTAC has divided Africa into five zones (Central Africa, West Africa, North Africa, Southern Africa, East Africa).

These five zones operate autonomously, each with its own office headed by an area president who is automatically vice president of APTAC.

The five zones are under the supervision of APTAC's Executive Bureau, which was set up on 23 November 2014 at its constituent general assembly in Ndjamena (Chad) as follows:
